Currently delivery of products purchased on Creative Appliance is available in Singapore district limits only. As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the same would be updated here. We request you to kindly check the Shipping Options link on our Website’s home page for further updates.

Creative Appliance provides FREE shipping/delivery to your beneficiary address; we request you to place your valued order and enjoy the FREE shipping/delivery offer. Your order will be delivered as per the stipulated delivery time (please refer to Payment and Returns Policies). We believe in providing our dear customers with the best service and hence do not charge for delivery. However, we reserve the right to change/discontinue the FREE Shipping/Delivery at any time.

Delivery

Creative Appliance provides FREE Delivery for all products sold on Creative Appliance if order worst beyond $500. There are no hidden charges applicable. If there is any delay in the delivery, it will be due to stock unavailability or some technical issues that will not be considered in the shipment date/days. The day of booking your order is taken as day 0.

Cancellation of Shipment

After order confirmation and payment completion, nikshanonline.com will endeavour to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address in Singapore district only. Creative Appliance will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason and request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first and then book with nikshanonline.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
This Returns Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our website. Before returning a product, please read carefully the requirements.

And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

Returns must be done within fourteen (14) working days starting from the day the product are delivered to you.
You have proof of purchase (order invoice number, delivery note and receipt).
The product must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
The product must not fall under the non-returnable product list.
The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
All seal Products must not be open.

REFUNDS

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. We will send you an email or WhatsApp notification once completed.
